Every 24 of June, Florence celebrates the patron saint of the city, San Giovanni, with a fireworks display over the river Arno. From the garden at the Spadolini Villa on the hillside of Pian dei Giullari, we have one of the most incredible views of Florence overlooking the city below. An informal evening was planned with wine for the parents and a dessert table for the children while listening to a trio of harp, violin and flute play Satie, Vivaldi and Mendhelson and watching the skies lite up with multi-coloured fireworks.
It was a magical night, and we want to thank all our guests that came to join us and experience San Giovanni from the hills of Pian dei Giullari. Can't wait to see you next year!
Thanks to you all
