RESTORATION AND REFURBISHMENT
The birthplace of the Renaissance, Florence and the surrounding countryside, possess rich and unsurpassed history. It is a living legacy of beautiful Italian architecture and culture.
This area is home to innumerable buildings of historic importance, with structural and operational integrity of vital importance.
Associazione Passignano intends to contribute to the smaller properties that require ongoing maintenance and restoration and will utilize the craftsmen that are familiar with the ancient techniques of repair.
CURRENT PROJECT
SPADOLINI GARDEN AND TERRACE
PIAN DEI GIULLARI (FLORENCE)
On the beautiful hillside of Pian dei Giullari, overlooking the city of Florence, we have undertaken to restore the gardens at the Spadolini Villa and have designed a four level terraced area to host summer concerts and special events, ideally situated within minutes from the beautiful Renaissance city.
The two areas currently being developed for the Florence event space includes a formal garden on the Villa grounds and an 'amphitheater' terraced area for a more casual event experience. The views from both areas are the most breathtaking vistas and provides our guests with an uninterrupted view of the entire city of Florence.
